For when a customer is having issues relating to the microSD card in their WiFi WildCam
Scenario 1 - This is where the customer says they are not sure how to insert the MicroSD card in their camera

Inserting the microSD card into the WiFi WildCam can be slightly confusing at first. We have produced a video that shows the process of how to do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJaCWRaYsiM&ab_channel=NatureSpy
Once the microSD card has been inserted correctly the camera will recognise this on the app and it will then be able to record any motion detected going forward.
Scenario 2 - This is where the customer says they have inserted the microSD card but the camera is not recognising it.

In this case I think it is possible that the microSD card may not have been inserted correctly. This can be a somewhat fiddly process at first.
Sometimes customers don't properly close the SD card catch and they leave it sort of floating on the terminals.
Scenario 3 - This is where the customer says the hinged metal catch on the microSD card holder has come away (either broken by accident or loose on arrival). Sometimes a customer may not realise this is missing and you may need to ask for a picture.

Unfortunately it appears as though the catch on the metal microSD card holder has come away from the camera. Without this you will not be able to properly insert the microSD card.
In this case I will need to arrange to send you a replacement camera from stock. If you could confirm the best address for this I can have this arranged at our end.
