Customers will sometimes ask what time is the same day dispatch cut off, what delivery carrier we use, how fast the delivery would be, whether next day delivery is available etc. This article provides the current info. 

It is product dependent - Ltl Acorn cameras and accessory orders are different; info further down.

Cut off

Our daily order cut-off time is 14:00. Anything received after this will be dispatched the following day. If someone gets in touch with a very urgent order, we can request with the warehouse that it dispatches the same day providing it is before 14:00.

Delivery - (not Ltl Acorn or accessories)

Our standard carrier is Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature for any orders up to 2kg in weight. This usually arrives the following postal day as its a 24 hour service - however we do ask to allow 1-2 working days. We require a signature due to the value of the goods. 

For orders over 2kg weight, or where next day delivery needs to be guaranteed, we use DPD. 

We do not use Hermes or Yodel.

Delivery - (Ltl Acorn)

These are sent from a different office, via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

Delivery - (accessories)

For any accessory orders, these are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class parcel. The only exception is if they are over 5kgs (i.e. they order multiples), they are likely be sent DPD.
