This is where a customer is asking if we have an item in stock.

Go to stock Spreadsheet and check whether it has been updated.

If the spreadsheet has been updated then you can check the amount available in the 'Available' column.

If the spreadsheet is a day or so out of date or there was only 1 or 2 left in stock then you should check the status on Blade as this will be more up to date:

  1. Go to Blade
  2. Go the Products -> Product List
  3. Type in the name or SKU into the 'Quick Search'
  4. Open the product on Blade and you will see the available quantity displayed.

If the customer is asking for a product that is out of stock, or we do not have enough to cover what they need, check what date they need to receive the cameras by, take their details and say you will double check the ETA and get back to them.

You can then confirm if we have incoming stock by looking at the Purchase Order tab on the stock spreadsheet. If there isn't an ETA for the purchase order or you need to double check something then send Harry a message.
